How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If the item is in stock, delivery is typically 3–5 business days (Melbourne metro). For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2–3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. We’ll confirm your ETA after you place your order.

My postcode isn’t showing at checkout. Can you still deliver?

Often, yes. Delivery depends on your exact suburb and access. Get in touch with your postcode and we’ll confirm availability and any additional delivery cost or lead time.

Do you make custom orders?

Absolutely. We can tailor sizes, fabrics and configurations. Call us to discuss your dream bedhead or bed base and we’ll provide a quote and timeframe (custom orders attract additional costs).

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

Sorry—no pickups. Due to trucks, forklifts and active machinery, our factory isn’t open for public collection. We deliver to keep things safe and simple.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every Marquis Furnishings bed base and bedhead is backed by a 10-year structural warranty. If a structural fault occurs under normal residential use, we’ll repair or replace the affected part. This warranty sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Do you have a showroom?

Not at the moment. Keeping overheads low lets us offer factory-direct pricing. If you’d like help choosing, we can share detailed photos and fabric guidance, and arrange fabric swatches on request.
